4. 4 We prep your stockLabelled, bagged, wrapped or bundled as needed.
5. 5 Carriage confirmedWe price the shipment once it is ready to go.
6. 6 Carriage paidYou settle the separate shipping invoice.
7. 7 Off to AmazonWe dispatch your shipment to Amazon FBA.

There are two invoices as standard: one for the prep work, which is paid before we start, and one for carriage, once your shipment is packed and we can price it. If extra work is needed once your stock arrives, such as unusually stubborn adhesive, we agree it with you first and invoice it separately. Nothing is dispatched until every invoice on your order is settled.
