Most stickers come off within the per-unit sticker removal charge. Where an adhesive is unusually stubborn and needs extra time, that time is charged in blocks of 15 minutes at £7.50 each, which is £30.00 per hour, agreed with you before we start. Standard packaging materials required to complete your prep are included in the applicable prep service charge. Carriage to Amazon is not, and is invoiced separately once your shipment is ready. All prices are plus VAT, which is added to your invoice at the current rate.
We have a minimum charge of £25 per shipment. This helps us cover the receiving, handling and processing involved with every shipment, regardless of size.
